Ordering
Orders may be placed by phone, fax, in writing, or via our on-line ordering system. Our normal hours of business are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2.00pm will generally be despatched same day subject to stock availability and payment method.
Security
In conjunction with Demon and Netbanx we have we have put into place a secure environment for all your personal details. Information we do receive will not be passed to a third party.
Delivery
We send all goods out by Special Delivery. This is Machines are despatched via Special Deilivery a guaranteed next day with compensation for loss or damage offered by the Post Office (NB we cannot be held liable for this service) .The average cost of this service is £5.06 VAT (£5.95 inc VAT) or £6.76 VAT (£7.95 inc VAT) for heavier machines.Pens and refills are despatched via 1st class recorded delivery. The average cost is £2.00 but is not a guaranteed nextday service. Please see ordering screen for accurate cost. For outside UK deliveries please contact us at sales@wfsleath.co.uk.

To track your delivery, please have the tracking number emailed to you when the goods were shipped and click here to access the Royal Mail Track and Trace Site
Payment
We accept VISA,MASTERCARD and SWITCH . Please note that cheque payments require a mininum of 5 working days to clear. Sorry, we do not accept AMEX or DINERS Cards.
Warranty and Returns
Unless otherwise indicated, hardware items are subject to a 12 month manufacturers back to base warranty. Our terms of business are strictly ex. our premises and therefore any costs associated with any return (for whatever reason) are the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly suggest all returns are sent back via a tracked delivery method. Goods returned "not required" will only be accepted if the purchase is within 1 week, the goods are in pristine condition, the packaging undamaged and the product is accompanied by the receipt.
